Compass Group Completes Acquisition of Dora Gastro in Czech Republic 

We announced on 9 December 2011 that Compass Group, through its subsidiary Eurest, spol. s r.o., had agreed to acquire the foodservices provider DORA Gastro a.s., subject to obtaining clearance from the Office for the Protection of Competition in the Czech Republic. We are now pleased to confirm that the necessary clearance has been received and the acquisition has completed.
