Everybody Belongs: Creating inclusive job opportunities

The project provides training and career opportunities within the food and hospitality sector for people with Down syndrome. 

The association works to combat discrimination faced by individuals with Down syndrome, to provide equality of opportunity.

The project trains and provides career opportunities within the food and hospitality sector for people with Down syndrome. It also aims to raise awareness of their contribution to society.

Compass Group Türkiye is providing access to our sites for work experience and potential job placements. Our colleagues are also volunteering to mentor beneficiaries.
